1. Place all ingredients into a machine bowl and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed
    2. Scrape down and mix for 6 minutes on second speed
    3. Give a final minute on slow speed
    4. Deposit 400g into a lined loaf tin
    5. Sprinkle top with granola and seed mix
    6. Bake for 45 minutes at 360°C
