1. Place all ingredients into a machine bowl and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
    2. Scrape down and mix for 6 minutes on second speed.
    3. Give a final minute on slow speed.
    4. Deposit 400g into a lined loaf tin.
    5. Sprinkle top with granola and seed mix.
    6. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (360°F).

  • 425g water
  • 235g vegetable oil
  • 85g desiccated coconut
  • 170g crushed pineapple
  • 35g passion fruit flavouring
