Method

  • Serves six

    1. Partially whip the Macphie Mactop® Traditional then add the coffee powder and Kahlua fold into mixture.
    2. Scoop a ball of ice cream into an espresso cup or chosen crockery/vessel, pour 45g of the coffee cream over and serve.
