Serves six
Partially whip the Mactop then add the coffee powder and kahlua fold into mixture.
Scoop a ball of ice cream into an espresso cup or chosen crockery/vessel, pour 45g of the coffee cream over and serve.

- 40g coffee powder
- 25g Kahlua
- 6 balls ice cream
