Method

  • Makes 4 portions

    1. Cook the onion and corned beef together, add the stock & water.
    2. Cook the potato and mash fully.
    3. Spread the potato over the corned hash, bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden on top.

  • 1 tin of Corned beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 500g potatoes
  • Beef stock cube
  • 200ml water
