Method

  • Serves six

    1. Whisk the Mactop® Traditional to stiff peaks.
    2. Toast the oatmeal, then mix the honey, whisky and Ku-li® with the raspberries.
    3. Start off by layering all mixtures in a glass – raspberries, Mactop® then oats.
    4. Finish the top of the glass with oats.

  • 50g honey
  • 50g whisky
