Method

  • Serves six

    Whisk the Mactop to stiff peaks.

    Toast the oatmeal, then mix the honey, whisky and Ku-li with the raspberries.

    Start off by layering all mixtures in a glass – raspberries, Mactop then oats.

    Finish the top of the glass with oats.

  • 300g raspberries
  • 200g oatmeal
  • 50g Macphie raspberry Ku-li
  • 50g honey
  • 50g whisky
