1. Deep fry the chips until golden brown and warm up the jackfruit & cheese sauce until heated through thoroughly.
    2. Slice the chilli in half lengthways and grill until charred.
    3. Place the chips on the serving tray topped evenly with jackfruit.
    4. Drizzle over the Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
    5. Garnish with chilli halves and sliced spring onion.
