• Makes approx. 12 (depending on cutter size)

    1. Mix the Macphie Shortbread Mix and butter until combined.
    2. Pin out dough to 5mm thickness and cut out desired shape.
    3. Bake at Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool then finish with Mallow (straight from pail and whisk to desired consistency) then dip in the desiccated coconut.
