Method

    1. Place Plain or Chocolate Dream Cake Mix into a mixer fitted with a beater
    2. Add water and oil on 1st speed for 1 minute
    3. Scrape down
    4. Mix on 2nd speed for 8 minutes
    1. Deposit 30g of batter into paper cases in muffin trays
    2. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes
    3. Leave to cool, top each with 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing blended with cake margarine at a ratio of 3:1 to make a butter-cream
    4. Finish with chocolate eggs and chocolate curls or flaked chocolate to create bird’s nest effect
