1. Heat Macphie Hollandaise in pan and remove from heat just before boiling point.
    2. Assemble muffin, spinach and egg on muffin.
    3. Pour over Macphie Hollandaise, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and flash under grill.

  • Eggs (poached)
  • Spinach (wilted)
