1. Cut fish into chunks and lightly fry in butter
    2. Add prawns, Bechamel with butter, GlenDelight® and chopped chives
    3. Stir in 1tbsp of cornflour to desired thickness and season to taste
    4. Place into a suitable ovenproof dish
    5. Top with mashed potato and bake at 190ºC for 30 minutes until golden brown
    6. For extra luxury, add a little GlenDelight® to potatoes when mashing

  • 450g Mashed Potato
