Method

    1. Place Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly
    2. Pour into pastry cases and leave to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours
    3. Once cooled, decorate with 5th Avenue Chocolate Icing
    4. Serve with Crème Anglais below pastry case
