• Mix the dry bread mix with warm water in to a dough and cover & rest in a warm area for 20 mins

    Roll out the dough into the desired shape

    Spread Macphie Béchamel sauce over the surface area of the rolled-out dough and then scatter the jackfruit over until covered

    Rip the mozzarella and scatter over the top

    Cook in a pizza oven or convection oven at 2600C until cooked, ensuring the dough base isn’t soggy

    Serve drizzled with olive oil and sprigs of rosemary
