1. Prepare and cook lamb as desired. Cover with foil and rest for at least 5 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, drain the beans and place in a bowl, mix with the mint & parsley, season to taste.
    3. Heat Macphie Demi-Glace and pour over the lamb.
    4. Serve with 3 bean salad and pomegranate seeds.
