Lamb Cutlets with 3 bean salad & pomegranate

- Prepare and cook lamb as desired. Cover with foil and rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, drain the beans and place in a bowl, mix with the mint & parsley, season to taste.
- Heat Macphie Demi-Glace and pour over the lamb.
- Serve with 3 bean salad and pomegranate seeds.

- 2-3 French cut lamb cutlets
- 50g tinned haricot beans
- 50g tinned black beans
- 50g tinned cannellini beans
- Chopped fresh mint and parsley
- 25g pomegranate seeds
