1. Add Macphie Shortbread Mix and butter to a bowl fitted with a beater.
    2. Mix on a low speed and add dried lavender (0.2% batter weight) until a stiff dough is formed (the dough should pull away slightly from the sides of the bowl).
    3. Pin out and shape as required.
    4. Bake at 150°C (300°F) until lightly golden.
