- Add Macphie Shortbread Mix and butter to a bowl fitted with a beater.
- Mix on a low speed and add dried lavender (0.2% batter weight) until a stiff dough is formed (the dough should pull away slightly from the sides of the bowl).
- Pin out and shape as required.
- Bake at 150°C (300°F) until lightly golden.
- 1000g Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 360g softened butter
- Dried edible lavender to taste
