1. Add Shortbread Mix and butter to a bowl fitted with a beater
    2. Mix on a low speed and add dried lavender (0.2% batter weight) until a stiff dough is formed (the dough should pull away slightly from the sides of the bowl)
    3. Pin out and shape as required
    4. Bake at 150°C until lightly golden
