1. Add Lemon Sensation Mix to a mixer and slowly add water and oil on 1st speed and mix for 1 minute
    2. Scrape down and mix for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed
    3. Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final minute
    4. Deposit batter into 18×30 tray and bake at 180ºC for 30-35 minutes
    1. Leave to cool then cut into required sizes and dip into melted butter (for added indulgence, add a splash of Limoncello to the melted butter), drain off excess and roll in Sweet Snow®


  • 1000g Macphie Lemon Sensation Cake Mix (can be adapted for any of the Sensations Cake Mix Range)
  • 350g Water
  • 270g Oil
  • Melted Butter
  • Limoncello
  • Sweet Snow®
