1. Pour Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC, stirring continuously
    2. Line shot glasses with Raspberry ku-li® and place two fresh raspberries in each
    3. Fill with heated Sicilian Lemon Pot and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set
    4. Garnish with grated lemon zest
