1. Pour Macphie Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan, bring to the boil and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
    2. Add Limoncello and allow to cool.
    3. Fold Lemon mix into whipped Macphie GlenDelight® and pour into glasses of your choice.
    4. Place into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.
    5. Garnish with raspberries and mint.
