1. Pour Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan, bring to the boil and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly
    2. Add Limoncello and allow to cool
    3. Fold Lemon mix into whipped GlenDelight and pour into glasses of your choice
    4. Place into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set
    5. Garnish with raspberries and mint
