1. Place all ingredients into spiral mixer and mix for 2 minutes on 1st speed, then 6 minutes on 2nd speed
    2. Divide into round 60g dough pieces
    3. Prove for approx. 50 minutes at 38°C / 75-80% R.H
    4. Remove doughnut from prover 5-10 minutes before frying to allow a dry skin to form
    5. Fry at 375ºF (190°C) for 90 seconds each side
    6. Inject with choice of Luxury Filling (20g) and finish with appropriate icing
    7. Finishing (Choose from):
    • 5th Avenue® White Icing flavoured with the addition of 20% Banoffee
    • 5th Avenue® Caramel Icing with the addition of 20% Banoffee or Salted Caramel Luxury Filling
