- Place Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Pour into suitable moulds and leave to cool slightly then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Once set, turn out of mould onto serving plate.
- Scoop out the passion fruit seeds and mix through Macphie Mango ku-li®.
- Drizzle over Macphie Panna Cotta and serve.
