Method

    1. Place Panna Cotta into a saucepan and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly
    2. Pour into suitable moulds and leave to cool slightly then refrigerate for 1-2 hours
    3. Once set, turn out of mould onto serving plate
    4. Scoop out the passion fruit seeds and mix through Mango ku-li
    5. Drizzle over panna cotta and serve
