Method

    1. Toss gammon joint with O.T.T® Maple Flavoured Syrup
    2. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 2 hours, basting the joint with O.T.T® Maple Flavoured Syrup every 30 minutes
    3. Serve on a bed of watercress
