Method

    1. Mix together Pizza Topping, peppers, chorizo and mozzarella to create the filling
    2. Flatten 60g of prepped Softie and cover half of the dough with the filling
    3. Fold over and seal the edges to ensure that no filling escapes
    4. Brush with Glenglaze and dip in grated cheese
    5. Allow to rest for 30 minutes at ambient
    6. Bake in the oven at 200-220°C for 8 – 10 minutes
