1. Mix together Macphie Pizza Topping, peppers, chorizo and mozzarella to create the filling.
    2. Flatten 60g of prepped Macphie Softie® and cover half of the dough with the filling.
    3. Fold over and seal the edges to ensure that no filling escapes
    4. Brush with Macphie Glenglaze® and dip in grated cheese.
    5. Allow to rest for 30 minutes at ambient.
    6. Bake in the oven at 200-220°C (395-430°F) for 8 – 10 minutes.
