Method

    1. Place Macphie Premium Fermented Doughnut Concentrate and water into machine bowl and mix on slow speed for 1 minute
    2. Scrape down and beat for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed
    3. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes
    4. Deposit 15g of batter into frying oil and fry for 30 seconds, turning after 30 seconds (temperature should be between 190-195°C or 375°F-385°F)
    5. Once golden brown, place on kitchen paper and allow to cool slightly

    To Serve:

    Mix equal quantities of Sweet Frost® and Cinnamon Powder together and sprinkle generously over doughnuts. Serve with a selection of sauces (either cold or heated to 45°C)

  • 500g Water (tempered to give final batter temperature of 24-26°C)
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Sweet Frost®
  • Continental Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • White Chocolate Sauce, Chocolate Sauce OR Toffee Sauce
