- Melt the butter.
- Whisk the Macphie Waffle Mix, water and melted butter together.
- Place into a piping bag and pipe into a hot fryer (set to 190-200°C).
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Ross in cinnamon sugar or coat with sugar.
