1. Combine Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce, eggs, black pepper and mixed herbs.
    2. Add pancetta to sauce.
    3. Grease muffin tin and line with four sheets of filo pastry brushing with butter between each layer.
    4. Pour in sauce mixture and top with diced feta cheese.
    5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

  • 100g pancetta, cooked and chopped
  • 100g diced feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • Melted butter
