Mini Pancetta & Feta Tartlets

- Combine Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce, eggs, black pepper and mixed herbs.
- Add pancetta to sauce.
- Grease muffin tin and line with four sheets of filo pastry brushing with butter between each layer.
- Pour in sauce mixture and top with diced feta cheese.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F).
- 500g Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 200g filo pastry
- 100g pancetta, cooked and chopped
- 100g diced feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Melted butter
