Mini Pancetta & Feta Tartlets

Method

- Combine Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce, eggs, black pepper and mixed herbs
- Add pancetta to sauce
- Grease muffin tin and line with four sheets of filo pastry brushing with butter between each layer
- Pour in sauce mixture and top with diced feta cheese
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 190°C

- 200g Filo Pastry
- 100g Pancetta, cooked and chopped
- 100g Diced Feta Cheese
- 2 eggs
- Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- Melted Butter
