Recipe Nacho smoked bacon mac ’n’ cheese
Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Nacho Cheese sauce
- 500g macaroni pasta
- 200g tortilla chips
- 150g smoked bacon
Method
Cook the macaroni in seasoned water as per pack instructions.
Cook the bacon and slice into strips.
Mix Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce with the pasta and pour mix into oven-proof dishes.
Scatter broken tortillas and bacon over the top and bake for 15 minutes, until the top of the pasta starts to char.
