Method

  • Serves 12 (50g portion)

    1. Whip the Mactop® Traditional.
    2. Melt the chocolate with the orange zest.
    3. Fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture, then fold it all into the Mactop®.
    4. Place into moulds or a container and freeze for four hours.
    5. Turn out of moulds.

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • zest of one orange
