1. Pour Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC, stirring continuously
    2. Pour into suitable moulds
    3. Leave to cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
    4. Once set, turn out of mould onto plate
    5. Serve with compote made from ku-li® Raspberry Coulis combined with fresh raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries
    6. Decorate plate with ku-li® Raspberry Coulis and berries and serve
