Method

    1. Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC (185-195ºF), stirring continuously.
    2. Pour into suitable moulds.
    3. Leave to cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
    4. Once set, turn out of mould onto plate.
    5. Serve with compote made from Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis combined with fresh raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries.
    6. Decorate plate with Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis and berries and serve.

  • 1 litre Macphie Panna Cotta
  • Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Redcurrants & blueberries
