Method

  1. Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

  2. Pour into moulds and chill for a minimum of 2 hours until set.

  3. Once set, turn out of mould onto plate.

  4. Serve with compote made from Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis combined with fresh raspberries, redcurrants and blueberries.

  5. Decorate plate with Macphie ku-li® Raspberry Coulis and berries and serve.
