Panna Cotta with Berry Compote

- Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Pour into suitable moulds and leave to cool slightly then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Once set, turn out of moulds onto a serving plate.
- Gently mix the fresh berries whit Macphie Raspberry ku-li® and drizzle over the Panna Cotta before serving.
