1. Fry bacon lardons, add onions, cook until soft.
    2. Add peas followed by stock and Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.
    3. Liquidise using hand blender to desired consistency, season to taste.
    4. Serve hot.

  • 700g peas
  • 250g bacon lardons (or cooked ham)
  • 250g onion (chopped)
  • 800ml ham stock
