1. Add Tropical Cake Sensation to a mixer fitted with a beater and slowly add water and oil on 1st speed for 1 minute
    2. Scrape down and mix for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed
    3. Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final minute
    4. Pat the pineapple rings dry and place on the bottom of a buttered round cake tine and insert a cherry into the centre of each ring
    5. Deposit 400g of batter on top of pineapple and bake at 180°C (360°F) for approximately 60 minutes, leave for 5 minutes and turn out onto wire tray and present pineapple side up
