Method

  • 1. Add powder to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater along with any inclusions required.
    2. Pour in all of the water and mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
    3. Transfer the soft dough onto a floured table and dust with flour.
    4. Scale dough at 450g.
    5. Ball up round and place in greased/floured tins or on a floured baking tray.
    6. Flour tops and cut 1/2 way through before baking if required.
    7. Bake at 440°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
