1. Combine all the ingredients together to form patties.
    2. Fry in a little oil until hot through and crispy on the outside.
    3. For the salsa, combine all ingredients including Macphie Mango ku-li® together and serve with the potato cake and salad.

  • 250g mango (finely diced)
  • 50g red pepper (finely diced)
  • 50g red onion (chopped)
  • 10g fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 5g lazy chilli
