Method

  • Makes 5 portions

    Drop the gnocchi into boiling water.

    Once cooked, drain fully and coat in the oil. In a separate pan, heat the Plant-based White Sauce and add chopped herbs and pepper.

    Add gnocchi and coat fully. Place in bowl and garnish with crispy basil leaves.

  • 1litre Macphie Plant-based White Sauce
  • 500g potato gnocchi
  • 25g chopped parsley and basil
  • 10g baby basil leaves (deep fried)
  • 5g cracked black pepper
  • 5ml pomace oil
