1. Cook chicken in Macphie Demi-Glace, chilli and cumin
    2. Allow to cool then shred
    3. Add flageolet beans and peppers and heat through
    4. Serve pulled chicken in steamed buns with shredded carrot, cucumber and spring onion

  • 500g Macphie Demi-Glace
  • 100g Diced Red Peppers
  • 50g Flageolet Beans
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Shredded Carrot
  • Sliced Cucumber and Spring Onion
  • Steamed Buns
