1. Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, adding pink colour and raspberry flavour.
    2. Pipe flavoured/coloured Mallow onto biscuit bases (make this using Macphie Shortbread Mix), using a round nozzle.
    3. Half dip the mallow bases in melted dark chocolate.
    4. Before chocolate has set, finish with coconut shavings and dried raspberries.
