Method

  • Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, adding pink colour and raspberry flavour

    Pipe flavoured/coloured Mallow onto biscuit bases, using a round nozzle

    Half dip the mallow bases in melted dark chocolate

    Before chocolate has set, finish with coconut shavings and dried raspberries
