    Whip the Mactop® Traditional until firm

    Fold in the berries to the Mactop® Traditional, then gently ripple the raspberry Ku-Li ®

    Put mixture into a 1kg tray and freeze to make the parfait

    Once the parfait has frozen cut into bars and serve with the compote


    To make the compote:

    Mix 100g strawberries, 100g raspberries, 100g pomegranate and 100g raspberry Ku-Li ® together
