Method

  • Makes 1 portion:

    Melt the butter.

    Add the Macphie Waffle Mix to a bowl fitted with a whisk.

    While mixing on slow speed, slowly add the water, scrape down.

    Continue mixing and pour in the melted butter.

    Mix for a further 1 minute on medium speed until a smooth batter is formed.

    Deposit the mix into the waffle irons and cook for required time dependent on machine.

    Whip the Macphie GlenDelight® then fold in the Greek yoghurt.

    Quenelle 2 lots of whipped Greek yoghurt and place onto the waffles then sprinkle over all the fruit and finish by drizzling with Macphie Strawberry OTT®.

  • 130g butter (can be substituted with vegetable oil or vegetable spread)
  • 615g water 
  • 25g diced strawberries 
  • 25 raspberries 
  • 25g pomegranate seeds 
  • Macphie Strawberry OTT® 
  • Macphie Sweet Snow® 
  • 100g Macphie GlenDelight® 
  • 100g Greek yoghurt 
  • Sprig of mint to garnish
