Red Velvet Madeleines

- Add liquids (including egg) to Macphie Red Velvet Cake Mix in a bowl fixed with a beater and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for further 3 minutes on medium speed.
- Deposit batter into Madeleine shapes approx. two thirds full. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes.
- Once removed from oven and cooled, finish by dipping into melted Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing.

- 220g water
- 300g oil
- 360g whole egg
