1. Add liquids (including egg) to Red Velvet Cake Mix in a bowl fixed with a beater and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for further 3 minutes on medium speed
    2. Deposit batter into madeleine shapes approx. two thirds full. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes
    3. Once removed from oven and cooled, finish by dipping into melted 5th Avenue® White Icing
