Method

    1. Place cake mix and margarine/butter into mixer fitted with a beater and beat on 1st speed for 1 minute. Add water and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed, scrape down and mix for 4 minutes on 2nd speed, followed by 1 minute on 1st speed.
    2. Deposit 50g of batter into paper cases and bake at 180°C (360°F) for approximately 25 minutes
    3. Once cool. Pipe Macphie Rainbow Frosting onto cupcake using a Flower Nozzle
    4. To finish, pipe Shimmer Finishing Gel over the top
