- Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, adding pink colouring and rosewater flavour.
- Add gelatine to hot water until dissolved, add the dissolved gelatine to the mallow and whisk until incorporated.
- Pour into 7 x 12 lightly oiled foil trays and spread evenly.
- Leave to set (next day), then dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®, top and bottom before cutting to desired size.
- Roll individual pieces in Macphie Sweet Snow® to finish.
