1. Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, adding pink colouring and rosewater flavour.
    2. Add gelatine to hot water until dissolved, add the dissolved gelatine to the mallow and whisk until incorporated.
    3. Pour into 7 x 12 lightly oiled foil trays and spread evenly.
    4. Leave to set (next day), then dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®, top and bottom before cutting to desired size.
    5. Roll individual pieces in Macphie Sweet Snow® to finish.
