Method

  • Makes 4 portions

    1. Cook the sausage in a pan, add the diced vegetables.
    2. Transfer all into a casserole dish, pour over the sauce and beans.
    3. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

  • 1 large diced onion
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 1 tin of butter beans
