Makes approximately 40 sausage rolls
- Place Macphie Sausage Roll Concentrate in a mixer and add cold water.
- Blend together on 1st speed.
- Add minced beef or pork and thoroughly blend together.
- Deposit as required onto sheets of puff pastry and make sausage rolls using normal method (70g deposits).
- Brush with Macphie Glenglaze® before baking.
- Bake at 225ºC (440ºF) for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
