Recipe Sausage rolls
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate
- Macphie Glenglaze®
- 2025g cold water
- 1600g minced beef or pork
- Sheets of puff pastry
Method
Place Macphie Meat-free Sausage Roll Concentrate in a mixer, add cold water and blend together on 1st speed.
Add minced beef or pork and thoroughly blend together.
Deposit as required onto sheets of puff pastry and make sausage rolls using normal method.
Brush or spray with Macphie Glenglaze®, then bake at 225°C (435°F) for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
