Method

    1. Place Sausage Roll Concentrate in a mixer and add cold water
    2. Blend together on 1st speed
    3. Add minced beef or pork and thoroughly blend together
    4. Deposit as required onto sheets of puff pastry and make sausage rolls using normal method (70g makes approx 40 sausage rolls)
    5. Brush with Macphie GlenGlaze before baking
    6. Bake at 225ºC (440ºF) for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown

  • 1.6kg minced beef or pork
  • 2.25kg cold water
