- Place Macphie Sausage Roll Concentrate in a mixer, add cold water and blend together on 1st speed.
- Add minced beef or pork and thoroughly blend together.
- deposit as required onto sheets of puff pastry and make sausage rolls using normal method.
- Brush or spray with Macphie GlenGlaze, then bake at 225°C (435°F) for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
